This was the easiest of the tutorials I cut one each of Navy, Mid blue, light blue and following the third tutorial in the video I layered them, I added three blue rhinestones and a a ribbon, Oh and I made the loop for the ribbon too.

Wow, your layered tag is gorgeous, Barb! It could be used as a bookmark after Christmas, I love it! We had a beautiful sunny day today too!
