Another two weeks has flown by, am I the only one that thinks days and weeks just fly by? It just seems like we were celebrating the new year and now it's March and closer to spring. All the huge piles of snow have melted with the warmer weather and it didn't take as long as I thought. That being noted I need to tell you about the new challenge at Shopping Our Stash, I'm Counting On You which we want to see a number or numbers on your card and since it's March guess what number is on my card.

I'm Counting On You!!
Yep you are right March 17, St. Patrick's Day!! I used my super cute Shamrock Fluffles Stamp and using a "sheetload" sketch a couple of patterned papers from a 6X6 pad. And there is more.....
As per the cutting guide of SUYSNov2024 using the two 6X6 pieces of patterned paper 1 piece of cardstock and two A2 bases it made two super cute cards
Finished the inside of both cards with a sentiment and a couple of left over scraps of patterned paper, there very little waste. I didn't have a proper St. Patrick's sentiment with my old printer I would find a free sentiment site and computer generate it but I have not tried with the new printer yet.
Thanks for visiting today and I hope to see your project in our gallery.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
When I saw the challenge at Color Hues I immediately thought St. Patrick's Day and Fluffles. The two colours to use are Green and Gold. I have worked on my card off and on for almost a week, life really gets in the way of crafting sometimes. Enough said, so here is my finished card.
I made an alcohol ink background by scribbling greens on a huge ziplock bag, spritzed it with alcohol then took a 4 X 6 photo sheet (bought a couple of packs at a yardsale) put it shiny side down wiggled it a bit then lifted it up. Drying time is minimal. Stamped and coloured Fluffles, layered him/her on green and then gold. Added a couple of banners and a Hero Art's "one liner" cut with a banner die. Then because I really wanted to have another bit of gold on the front I added Stampendous stickers I've had for at least 20 years.
Close up of Fluffles (sorry it's a tad out of focus) The image was elevated with three rectangles of heavy cardstock .
Finished with a Stampablilities stamp (have no idea where I bought it) added a scrap of patterned paper with a sticker.
I'm adding this to:
Color Hues ~~ #36 Green & Gold
Show us Your Pussycats ~~ #76 Furrything goes.
Thanks for stopping by today and have a lovely weekend

Top 'O The Mornin' to You.............
An early Happy St. Patrick's day to everyone!!! Show us Your Pussycats Challenge has an optional theme of St. Patrick's Day and since I have a "Fluffles" St. Patrick's Day stamp I just had to join in the fun!! Since I needed more inspiration than a stamp I zoned in on the current sketch challenge from Mojo Monday and it was perfect, it was a win/win.
I am sure keeping this sketch in a folder to use again, it's perfect for these Fluffles stamps sadly they are not available from Stampendous anymore. The image was coloured with copics and winked with stella. The sentiment was computer generated, the striped paper was a scrap from my stash the other two papers were printed from google.
Close up of the super cute "fluffles"
Since I don't send many St Patrick's day cards I didn't have a sentiment but this one from Printworks is perfect for a lot of occasions.
Entering the following challenges:

The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers Challenge #79 ~~ G is for Green (with envy)
The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers challenge is Green with Envy ~~ you can make a St. Patrick's day card, or just use green, snark is welcome although mine isn't at all snarky this time. I had a request for a St. Patrick's Day Birthday card and thought woohoo I can kill two "birds" with one stone. Here is my take on Green with envy.
You might recognize this image as a Mel Jen's Christmas Elf but I thought it would adapt really well to a cute little leprechaun just traded the stocking cap for a top hat. The background paper is some digi paper I found on pinterest and I added some gold sequins for gold coins.

Finished inside.

Shopping Our Stash #243 Oh me lucky charms ~~ St. Patrick's Day project, which is in two days, do you celebrate? I usually make a couple of cards for my out of town friends to let them know I'm thinking of them. I don't have many St. Patrick's day stamps (two) but I used my favourite one.
Thanks for stopping by today and do check out the SOS blog and see what the rest of the design team have made for the Oh Me Lucky Charms challenge.
Fluffles is saying Top 'o the Morning

I found this on Pinterest and printed it for my inside sentiment.
Most everything on my card was from the scrap pile, the image was already coloured waiting to be used. The patterned paper was on my desk for another project but it didn't get used until today.

How about a little St. Patrick’s day Treat?
I usually make treats for the ladies at our bowling league and I was so busy at Valentine’s I missed making treats for them so decided to make some for St. Patrick’s Day. I bought a bag of Lindt candies at Winners a couple of weeks ago, they were just a small treat so made a match book holder. Since I was making 30 of them I needed it to be simple so I made my own design. Measurements will follow.
Here are 6 of them, I used my St. Patrick’s day Fluffles Stamp of course it is the only one I have.
the cardstock measures 6 1/2 X 2 inches and scored at 1/2 inch 3 1/2 and 3 3/4. Fold up the 1/2 inch section and I used some score tape but it really didn’t stick well with the pressure of the flap so put two staples in along the bottom. There isn’t really a lot to do although it needs a sentiment and I don’t have a St. Patrick’s day one.
Here is the creamy chocolate treat I taped to the inside -
Side view of the holder.
Thanks for stopping by today and come back again soon, you are always welcome.

SoSS challenge # 29 L is for Leprechaun
Or make a St. Patrick Day’s card!!! The Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers would like you to join them in the “wearing of the green” with or without snark it’s up to you. Some of the sisters went with snark but you will have to check them out for yourself just like I’m going to do. Mine has no snark it just all cuteness.
I only have two St. Patrick’s Day stamps and this is one of them, Fluffles from Stampendous and my sketch is from the Crooked Stamper sketch #2.
I would like to put this card in:

Close up of the image and sentiment.
My craft room is beginning to shape up now with the help of my daughter and her friend, it is a new section of the cleaning business and Imy craft room was the “lab rat” or “guinea pig”. My square nestablities finally surfaced, I have looked and looked for them but have no idea where they were found but I’m excited about it. I am sure they have been hiding for three years. My smaller dies are now in a drawer in my cart and they way they changed the room around works fab. Still lots of work ahead for me. I would like to put this card in:

Happy St. Patrick’s Day a bit early……
I made this card for a friend and I hope she has received it today but due to the challenge closing I needed to get this posted, (perhaps she won’t peek)
I was sorting some of my small stamps and “found” this cute little Fluffles stamp, you can only use it once a year but I’m so glad I could ink her up this week.
I saw this sketch and just had to try it, I’m sure it will be used again too it’s great. It is from Seize The Sketch and it’s #15 that end on the 15th of March (sneaking it in quickly)

I had this digi in my Sassy Studio Designs folder and knew it was just the perfect image for my P is for Paddy challenge card. I coloured with my spectrum noir and copic markers. I printed the sentiment from the web. I fussy cut the image and popped it up. she looks ready for a party!!
Here is a close up, I added the rhinestones where there are buttons on her dress. the colours I used are Pear Pizzazz, not quite navy and GP white. Some retired dsp from Stampin’up.
Here is the finished inside, just needs a signature and an addressed envelope. Have no idea where I bought the sentiment, possibly Michaels, but I have no idea how long ago.
