L is for ~~ Lost and Found ~~ Challenge #93

It's Saturday and time for a new challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers, L is for Lost and Found, it's not what you are thinking....we want you to revisit a technique you haven't done in a while or even a card fold you haven't used for eons.  With many ideas running wild ~~ I settled on Shaving Cream background.  I found my original can of foam shaving cream and some "who knows how old" glossy cardstock and had a messy bit of fun.

I planned on making a muted background to use for a Winter sky so I used Taken with Teal and Tempting Turquoise reinkers from Stampin'up.

Now you see why I wanted a Winter sky!!! I wanted to use my super cute Snowman die from Gina Marie Designs. His hat and scarf were cut separate and paper pieced, the rest was coloured with markers and the buttons are Bling strips from Eyelet Outlet. The snowflake border die cut is also from Gina Mari and the super cute trees are from Impression Obsession.

Close up of the "winter sky"

Finished the inside with the snowflake border and a super cute sentiment from High Hopes

I would like to enter this in:
Sparkles Monthly Challenge ~~ Dies and/or punches

Thanks for joining me here today and head over to the main blog and check out what the rest of the design team have "lost and found"

I have never done that technique. Looks great. Maybe something I should try for my holiday cards this year.

Oh my, so much to love! First off, that background looks like a winter day for sure! On top of that (literally), that snowflake die is gorgeous, and I really really enjoyed that inside sentiment!
