Sentiments Only Challenge at Shopping Our Stash #142

If you are looking for the Clear it Out Tuesday post for today scroll down or just click HERE.
Are you ready for a great challenge? All you have to do is pick a great sentiment and put it on the front of your project. The most difficullt part is picking the sentiment. I have quite a few I could have used but I chose this great sentiment from Inkadinkado. Here is what I came up with for the Shopping Our Stash design team. Don’t forget to head over to the blog and see what the rest of the team have done.

The background is the textile embossing folder from Cuttlebug, I used the oval spellbinder’s dies and the flourish is from Cheery Lynn designs. I really shopped my stash for that one, I don’t know when I bought it or where. I think that means I have too much “stuff”

I finished the inside with a simple Happy Birthday which is from a birthday sentiment set from Stampin’up.

Here is a closer look at the embossing folder and flourish.
Thanks for checking today to see what I have been busy doing and I hope you find some time to enter the Sentiments Only challenge at Shopping Our Stash.

Too much stuff? NEVAH! HA! I like the simple sentiment and the embossed background. I keep forgetting I have a collection of embossing folders.

No such thing as too much stuff! This is beautiful, Barbara! Sometimes it's nice to let the sentiment shine.

Hi, Barb! Great card! There is something oh-so-elegant about dry embossing on white cardstock - this is a beautiful card! Love the pretty navy and white them, and all the die cuts to help your pretty sentiment become even more prominent! Like you, I don't even know what I have, and need to stop shopping anywhere else but my craft room! LOL My husband tells me that it is just part of the hobby - to collect the fun tools LOL - how awesome is that? Thanks very much for sharing your pretty card! hugs, de {Creative Smiles}
