Glitter Me Happy!!

Hello and welcome to the first challenge of 2025....Glitter me happy. Glitter makes me smile but only if I'm not using loose glitter. My first idea was a technique using tombow glue with a bit of water with glitter to look like snow/ice but neither of the two glitter containers were on the shelf, so Stardust stickles was my glitter of choice for my snow scene.
