Shopping Our Stash Challenge #222 ~~ Birthday!!!

The Shopping Our Stash Crew wants you to go way back, remember the first Birthday stamp you bought? well we want you to use it on your project.  My first birthday stamp or should I say stamps I purchased at a yard sale before I even started stamping, I bought almost everything she had for sale even though I didn't know how to use any of it. It was my first house mouse stamp and it is dated 1998 from Stampa Rosa.

This is still one of my favourite Birthday stamps, I elevated the one mouse and the candle.

Close up of the candle and mouse.

Finished inside using a 1996 Hero Arts Happy Birthday which is well loved.

Here are my two oldest Birthday Stamps.

I would like to enter this in

House Mouse & Friends Monday challenge Fall/Halloween or optional Anything goes.
Gruffies and Guests embossing dry or wet or the optional Anything goes.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you will have as much fun as I did using my oldest Birthday stamps and taking a trip down memory lane that dates back to at least the year 2000.

Wow, now those are some old stamps, and well put to use too! Fabulous card, Barb! I really had no idea what my oldest stamps were. I had to go with stamps that I actually KNEW the year I bought them! LOL!

Barbara, what a pretty card you have made. Now who wouldn't be asleep after tucking into that cake? It fits the Gruffies and Guests Challenge well this month of “anything goes with the option of embossing”. Thank you for taking part and best wishes in the draw.
