C is for Cheeky Christmas

Oh my it's December? So it means a new challenge at the Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers and as always the theme for December is C is for Cheeky Christmas. And here is some eye candy for you.

I had a bit of trouble coming up with a plan for this month as I'm still in a state of disorganization after the summer, stamp I wanted to use is MIA so on to the second choice the snarky cats, and there are so many to decide from but here is my mini slimline card which will be used as a money holder for Christmas.

I coloured and fussy cut the snarky cat on the sled and popped him up precariously on a snow hill, the sky was blended with distress oxide inks. The sentiment was also on the same set.

A side view to see the elevation, inside is not finished yet but will include a "fence" to hold the cash.

Thanks for visiting today and I'm sure you can come up with something a little more cheeky than I did. Do check out the SoSS blog and see what the rest of the design team have made.

The look on that cat's face is perfect and I love the sentiment!

Good morning, Barb. How are you, my friend? I think of you often as well, and always when I hear of severe weather in your area. I wonder, How is Barb coping with all of the snow? The older I get, the less I enjoy winter, but the snow is very pretty. Your snarky cat is having so much fun, and I love the look on his face. Such a cute little winter scene! The Snarky Sisters graphic cracks me up. How is Toto? Has he calmed down as he ages? Our Sweet Pea is still anxious but is so much better than when we brought her home 2.5 years ago. Thank you so much for your sweet comment on my blog. I wasn't sure about posting my scripture writings, but then I thought, why not? My health isn't good so I can do my writing in bed. Sending hugs, love and warm wishes.

Looks like he might be about to get airborne! Great stamp and sentiment, fun way to spruce up a cash gift!
