Looking for my Clear it Out Tuesday post scroll down or click HERE.
Due to the U.S. Thanksgiving we are giving you two weeks to join us in the challenge at Shopping Our Stash. The theme is “Free is Good” which means to use something on your card you got for free. It could be a prize you won, or something you found at your Mom’s place and brought it home because it looked useful, my hubby find single earrings on the beach with his metal detector and I quite often use them on a project.
When House Mouse Designs was owned by Stampablities there was a Stamp of the month and at the Butterfly Moon (where I shop and take classes) had a monthly draw for the Stamp of The Month and I have won quite a few over the years. This was one of them, 2004 HMLR 1039 Jingle Buds. The embossing folder is Divine Swirls the first folder I ever bought. The flourish is part of a border die from Dee`s Distinctively. The flourish, border and scalloped rectangle is green glitter cardstock from the dollar store. I also put stickles on the green bells.
Here you can see the glitter a bit better.
I added some of the cut off of the flourish to the inside of the card, the sentiment is from Hero Arts called Think of Christmas C3203.Challenges I would like to join with this card:
House Mouse and Friends Monday challenge 183 Add a little Sparkle.
Gruffies and Guests challenge 11 ATG with the option of Christmas
Hiding in my Craft Room Challenge 175 Any Holiday
Crafty Hazelnut`s Christmas Challenge Extra November anything goes every month..
Thanks for visiting today and don`t forget to check out the other design team members projects and the details of entering the challenge at Shopping Our Stash. Remember you have two weeks.
