Hi there, this is the second week of the Karaoke song challenge at Clear it Out I hope you will come over and join in the fun. The image I chose from Bugaboo stamps was Poppi Surf, as soon as I saw it thought of the Beach Boys and Surfin’ U.S.A. I coloured Poppi with pencil crayons and oms and coloured the sunglasses with a spica glitter pen, .I also used paper glaze on the lenses of the glasses. Although it doesn’t show in the picture the white stripe on the surfboard was coloured with a clear spica glitter pen.
What I used from my stash was the blue cardstock, the last of that colour and the white fleur dis lis die cut was from the white cardstock left from cutting out the image.
You still have time to join the challenge at Clear it Out and perhaps win some digis from Bugaboo Stamps

Singing Happy Birthday to You!!!
I made this card for a friend of mine that loves Black, White and Red together. The image is from Graphicat Designs, I won a prize on a blog hop there and this was one of the many stamps plus other items in the “surprise” box. The background paper was also out of the box. I hope you will drop by Graphicat Designs and see the great stamps and lots of other items in their store. What is really great about them is they are a Canadian company. The image was coloured with prisma pencils and oms. I cut the image and scalloped edge with my long rectangles then added the black satin ribbon.
Thanks for stopping by today to see what I have been crafting and come back again real soon.
Just to remind you there is a song challenge going on right now at Clear it Out Tuesday, I hope you will stop by there and join in the fun.

Doing a little Driftin’ with Dude Time Doodles
Hi, so nice to see you visiting my blog to check out what I have done with the digi from Dude Time Doodles who is the sponsor of the challenge] at Clear it Out Tuesday.
The digi I used is called Driftin’ Denton and it was the perfect image to use for a birthday card for my son, when he was young he just loved to fish and would spend 10 or more hours fishing. Are you getting the idea that the theme is Sports and Leisure. but with a twist to use punched shapes. Here is my card for the challenge.
The image is from Dude Time Doodles and was coloured with prismas and odourless mineral spirits. I used a marine blue base, the white is Georgia Pacific and the DSP is from a nautical pack retired from Stampin;up. Copper porthole is cut with spellbinders, I added the copper covered eyelets to the porthole with my crop-a-dilel. I have had both copper items are very old and from the dollar store. The sentiment was punched with the curly label punch from Stampin’ up.
Please join us at the Clear it Out challenge and show us your Sport and Leisure card but don’t forget to use your punched shapes. You just might win a digi from Dude Time Doodles.
