Christmas Kickstart Challenge #31 ~~ Hang those Wreaths

I'm falling behind on my Christmas cards it seems there is always something more pressing to get done.  Even though I have lots of time being safe at home (I keep reminding myself of that) I accomplished more when I was out an about lunching, visiting, coffee breaks and just popping in to a store to pick up one or two items, now coffee is at home, grocery shopping is make a list so you don't have to go back for at least a week hopefully two.  Enough said, I did get a card made with a super cute House Mouse Design stamp, tumble wreath featuring Monica

`

I coloured and fussy cut the wreath, double stamped the bow and popped it up. The window is from Poppy Stamps which I stamped in Versafin sepial ink with Stampin'up woodgrain background stamp. Noel is a die from Elizabeth Craft Designs. Everything I used with the exception of the base was from my scrap box.

Close up of Monica and I added wink of stella to the berries and the bow.

Finished the inside with a sentiment from Stampendous

  1. I know what you mean about the days seeming long but short, Barb! I have no idea how I'm achieving so little while only being in work one day a week. Your card is adorable and what a sweet idea to have a House Mouse in your wreath. Thanks so much for playing along at Christmas Kickstart again, I really appreciate all your support of the challenge, Jo x

  4. I'm a house mouse fan and your mousey wreath card is just fabulous Barb, cool that you used elements from scrapbox.. I'm into using mine at the moment too. Confusing times and feeling crazy and not spending more time making our cards seems to be a common thing everywhere - so I say stamp on and on... and thanks for sharing with Christmas Kickstart, Robyn

  5. Yeah, I hear you on that, Barb! I don't know where the time goes. We should have so much more of it being home, but it's not working out that way. Way to go on keeping up with your Christmas cards! This little guy is a cutie!
