Happy Saturday!!! and it's a great day as there is a NEW challenge at the
Sisterhood of Snarky Stampers, Z is for
Zentangle. I have never created a Zentangle and it was very interesting to search Pinterest for some ideas, then we would love to see how you zentangle. Now I used a Mandela template I found on Pinterest and then I played with a few designs on a scrap of paper before I went "live".
I went with the traditional black ink on white cardstock, did some layering with my classic squares and scalloped square and elevated it on some bo-bunny patterned paper.
Closer look at the image.
Thanks for stopping by today and head over to the
SoSS blog check out the rules for entering and have a look at the fabulous designs my teamies have made.
Beautiful card, Barb! I'm loving how each of us has done our own thing for this challenge, Jo x

ReplyDeleteClassic black and white...love it!
Fab job sistah!
Beautiful - I love the way you've kept some white space, it's stopped it from being too heavy

This is so good, Barb! The mandala shape is perfect for Zentangle, and I like the black and white design.
ReplyDeleteWell done on your Zentangle! I have never tried it either but I have read that it's very relaxing!
ReplyDeleteHow is your kitty doing? Sorry I haven't been around much - I haven't been feeling well for about a week now, but hopefully I'm on the mend.
ReplyDeleteYour zentangle turned out beautifully.
ReplyDeleteI have only tried my hand at them once.
It looks great... it is hard to do and you nailed it.
