Of course I had to use my House Mouse stamp, I bought it last year and finally got to ink it up. This features Amanda and Mudpie and is titled Take a Bite out of Love (2007) The crumb cake base and the melon mombo cardstock were out of my scrap box but the patterned paper is new this year, it is a 6.75 X 4.75 valentine mat pad from Martha Stewart Crafts I found at Dollarama (score)
I couldn't resist a close up of the super cute pair of my favourite critters.
Finished the inside using some leftovers and a sentiment from Inkadinkadoo which is ages old too.

i'm pretty sure you could make the perfect House Mouse card for ANY occasion! (& this is the perfect valentine!!!) (which you should TOTALLY hand deliver if there are sweets available, lol!) ♥
ReplyDeleteHand delivering your super cute V-Day card to a bread store is a brilliant idea! (and you might get a discount too!) LOL!
ReplyDeleteOf COURSE you have some house meeses with some Valentine's candy! How cute... lots of good stuff on your card, too. Yes, I love all Martha Stewart paper lines! Don't have that one! Well done on all the parts. The added special sentiment about the bread company will be so appreciated, I am sure!

ReplyDeleteThis is adorable, Barb! And, mmm, bread...
ReplyDeleteCute card, adorable image, and gorgeous paper, Barb! The paper pads were a fab find at Dollarama - they had the mat pad, a border pad, and a 12x12 - I got them all as I don't have many Valentine's papers in my stash. They had some other great Martha Stewart stuff too so I got what I thought I could use! It's unusual to see such an awesome display of Martha Stewart at Dollarama - I got very excited! Have a wonderful weekend, my friend!
