Wow this challenge couldn’t have come at a better time, our neighbours dropped a lovely thinking of you card and a box of chocolates into our mailbox one day. I have been so busy I hadn’t made a card yet. (where are the extras when you need one?) I also needed to make it fairly simple of course because I was running close to the wire (again) Is there a procrastinators anonymous?
One of our ladies at our last “get together” showed us how to make this card. The punch is retired from Stampin’ up but any punch that cuts a strip will work and there are lots out there. The sentiment was cut with spellbinders oval and the lacy oval is a Nellie Snellen die. I added the butterfly and rhinestones.

The inside is finished with a plain white piece of cardstock and I have plans for a very short sentiment that we really appreciated their kindness. Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you will have time to join us for the Thanks/Thanksgiving challenge. Head over to the blog check our the rules and see what the rest of the team has made for your inspiration. Just click HERE.
