Hello again, nice to see you are checking to see what I have been up to. I’ve been very busy trying to get some Winter/Christmas cards done and in the mean time I have had a few “feel better” cards as well. It’s probably a good job I am retired. Now the Christmas luncheons and bazaars have started too. I had the weirdest thing happen last week, I coloured my image, found a pink fleur dis lis die cut on my table, decided to add a “banner” sentiment and flowers the next morning in my e-mail I got a sketch from
Decontructing Jen and everything was was ready for it. Of course I had to wait until my friend received the card as I wanted it to be a surprise. (she is a faithful reader) Now here is my “buzz cut card”
As you can see by the card my friend is going through chemo for cancer and when I saw this image I knew I had to make it for her as she is scrapbooking all the cards she has received so this one will remind her of the buzz cut she had before starting treatment. I only took a small liberty with the sketch, the sentiment is at the top instead of the bottom. I really like this sketch and know I will use it again.
Check her blog out there are AWESOME sketches.
Thanks for visiting today and come back again soon.
It is adorable I love the whole thing thanks ...glad to be the one who can see it live :)
