We have just arrived home from three weeks in the warm, sunny south. It was so nice to be away from the snow and cold. Now it's time to get back creating. I have made this card for the Drunken stampers blog challenge, it is also for my son's birthday
A friend gave me some thin 8 1/2 X 11 cork so I wanted to incorporate it in my card, my son rides a motorcycle so the image was perfect. I stamped and embossed it in black and coloured it with anjou spica glitter pens, the spellbinders labels 13 works really well with the image too. The wood grain background stamp has finally seen ink....note to self.....use it more it's great for masculine cards.
Thanks for visiting my creative corner.
This card is just wonderful..love how you used the cork and lay out rocks... tfs

ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful masculine card. I like how you coloured the motorcycle. Don't you like stamping on cork? I did a birthday card for DH a couple of months ago and used cork too - really like it.
