Your Birthday it is............

My great grandson's birthday was on Saturday and he is a star wars fan, believe it or not I have never seen a Star Wars movie. I started out to create a Darth Vader card but it just wasn't working out so I changed to Yoda and of course I was pressed for time since plan A didn't work. Because Yoda is greenish I accenteed with green.

The image was computer generated and Yoda is on a wobble. The background is a die cut with green meta;lic poster board (no longer available at Dollar Tree) my supply of  gold is dwindling but the other 4 colours are being hoarded.

After I coloured Yoda I fussy cut him out. and popped him up on a wobble.

Computer generated saying I found on pinterest andI personalized it for my great grandson.

I am entering this in:

Seize the Birthday ~~  #185 A Touch of Green

Thanks for visiting today and have a great week.  Stay in and Craft.

This is super fun, Barb! Brian loves Star Wars too - maybe I should CASE your card for him hehe. I remember making a Yoda card for my nephew a few years ago, so fun to work with Yoda! Love your background, love the fun sentiment inside, love everything about this card! Thank you for your kind words on my blog. I lost my mojo for a while, but I think it's coming back! Stay safe from the COVID-19! It's in Nova Scotia now, we were the last province.

Nicely done! Yoda looks great and the background suits him perfectly - and so does the sentiment! :D

It's always special when you can personalize a card, Barbara, and this is so perfect for a Star Wars fan. I love the swirly background with the green foil showing through. Thanks for sharing your card with us at Just Us Girls.

This is absolutely brilliant Barbara and I bet your grandson loved it! The personalising makes it really special too. I've watched all the films countless times as my three children were huge fans, and made many star wars cards too! Vicky x
